We, at Vandana Krishna Art Studio,genuinely believe in providing our customers an amazing & smooth shopping experience!
We have a simple &transparent cancellation, exchange, returns & refund policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By placing an order on the website, you confirm and declare that the item(s) ordered are for personal use only and are not for re-sale.
All our products are completely handcrafted/handmade and hence has a nice personal touch! Since all art works are handmade,a little asymmetry/slight aberration is bound to occur& this cannot be considered as a “damaged” product.
Although we photograph all works of art only in natural light and try our best to ensure that the colors shown on our website are accurate, actual colors will vary.
The precise color of the product may vary due to many conditions, such as & not limiting to, color variability in computers, laptops, screen monitors, mobiles, tablets and or other devices.
We have no liability if colors of the products do not match their display on the site. The product colors depicted should only be used as an approximate guide. Because all our products are handcrafted, please understand that color variations are possible from our photograph of the actual products.
Color variations do not qualify as a manufacturing/product defect/damage and are not eligible for return or exchange or refund.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so by email/phone-call within 3 hours of placing the order as otherwise, the order may have been processed &shipped or sent for production, depending on the product ordered.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been processed &shipped or has been sent for production, we will refund the entire amount.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed &shipped or are production.
- Orders cannot be cancelled due to color variations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Only products that are received in damaged condition or have a genuine manufacturing defect are eligible for return and refund or exchange.
- We follow a stringent quality control process. However, in any rare situation, if you find that the product you have received is damaged, you can claim for a return/refund/exchange by writing an email to us at email@example.com stating the problem with the product/products along with photographic proof of the damaged product/products and its code number within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Once your email request is received,our team will analyze your concerns and consider your request. Once your request is processed, we will let you know about the status of your request. While we will do our best to process your request at the earliest, please allow at least2 working days for us to respond.
- Once youreceive return/exchange approval mail response from us, if you wish to exchange the product for another product, please send us an email immediately to enable us to process your request at the earliest &keep the required product aside for you. In case we do not have the required product or size, you can choose another product from the store or opt for a store credit. Differential amount if any will be payable to us / refunded by us.
- Please ensure that the productsare returned to us in the condition that you received it.Please pack the product/products along with all the original tags, invoice, etc. in waterproof and tamperproof packaging before shipping.
- Please do not ship the product/products in paper or cloth envelopes/packaging to avoid any damage during shipping. Products damaged in return shipping will not be considered for the return/exchange refund.
- All return requests are subject to the discretion of the Vandana Krishna Art Studio Team.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
- For all Domestic (INDIAN) & International orders we will bear the return shipping cost for all specified &qualified products.
- However, you will need to pay the postal/courier company at the time of shipping. Once we receive and examine the package, we’ll refund the full amount i.e. return shipping cost and damaged product cost accordingly.
- If you want to return the products for any other unspecified and/or unqualified reason, you will have to pay the return shipping cost.
- If the products are purchased during any sales, offers and promotions from the website/studio, you will have to bear the return shipping cost.
- Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any of your queries regarding the return shipping cost.
Apart from conditions specified herein above, the following situations shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- When there is physical damage to the packaging/outside box but not to the actual product itself
- When the product is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, price tags, description tags and/or all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- When the product color seems different from the color as seen on the computer, monitor,mobile, and/or any hand-held device.
- The package may be opened by your local Customs / concerned Authorities to verify its contents. Such opening and repacking of the package will not qualify for replacement as “bad condition or damaged” goods.
